Megan Sherer is a licensed Holistic Therapist & Life Coach, with a deeply rooted passion for helping guide and teach women how to feel empowered in their lives. She wanted to create The Self Care Space as a way to give back all the same tools and lessons that have helped her along her journey.

She has over 10 years of experience running a private practice in holistic therapy modalities, and is a master of all trades when it comes to healing. She’s trained and certified in everything from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, to meditation, yoga, breath work, hypnotherapy, energy healing, reiki, emotional transformation therapy, somatic therapy and more. Basically, she’s in love with helping people find the tools to heal, since she believes there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to mental health and wellness.

Megan brought together some of the top experts in different healing modalities to create a space where all are welcome and everyone can find something to help them in their journey.
